allowances of Government Servants are due for
payment on the last working day of the month
except for March for which payment is due on
only on the 1st working Day in April. Pay ,
allowances and leave salary bills are prepared
in form GAR - 13.Separate pay bill is prepared
for Establishment whose charges are ebatable to
different heads of accounts, (ii) persons for
whom chaque payments are made and (iii) Group D
employees. The responsibility for drawl of pay &
allowances is vested with the drawing &
disbursing officer. |
