These are some of the children that we are able to serve. We look for their capability, we have realised that a disabled child has a desire as well as capability to learn difficult skills. With time, efforts and constant support and encouragement he/she will eventually achieve better results to the best of his/her ability depending upon the degree of disability.

Joseph

He was identified during 1994. He could not stand on his legs when he came to centre. After regular therapy at the centre he can walk and started atteding normal school from the year 1996.

Deepa Ghimerey

She was 2 and half years old when she came to the SERC in 1996. She was unable to walk and could not see properly. With physiotherepy, teaching anf treatment of her eye(cataract operation) she is able to see and walk now. She has started to go to normal school PNG from the year 2001.

Manish Dhakal

He was 4 years old when he came to the center. He has less physical disability and severe learning disability. He is now 11 years old and a regular student at the center. His behavior has improved a lot.

Nima Dawa

He was 4 years old when he came to center. He had lower limb disability( diplagic ). After regular therapy and teaching at the center, he can now walk and and started joining the normal school from the year 2002. He is doing very well.
